Gift wrapping and packaging
All items are wrapped in beautiful gift pouches or boxes, ready to be gifted to love ones, family and friends! No additional gift wrap purchase is needed.
**Please leave us a note if you would like us to include a special gift message in the package for the receiver (free of charge!)
**If you are purchasing multiple items and would like each item to be packaged separately, please leave a note during checkout.
Or we may try to consolidate all smaller items into one larger pouch bag, but no worry, still a very nice gifted pouch bag. :)
Shipping Time - Domestic
For all domestic orders within the U.S., it normally takes 3 to 5 business days for delivery (could be longer during holidays), unless an expedited shipping method is chosen.
Once your order is shipped, it is out of our control on how long USPS takes to deliver your order. However, we will do our best to help you tracking your package, please do let us know if you have any questions or concerns, we are always here for you! ❤️
Shipping Time - International
International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International to Canada or Global Postal Service to all other countries. It may take anywhere from 2 - 8 weeks for delivery (could be longer during holiday season). Please kindly put into consideration when placing the order.
Since international mail is affected by several circumstances, please kindly note that once the package is shipped, transit times, custom delays, and delivery times are totally beyond our control, however, we will do our best to help you tracking the package. International Customs
We are not responsible for any customs taxes when shipping internationally. The customers will be responsible for any customs charges as it is a charge that their country is imposing on its' citizens. International shipping can take anywhere from 2 - 8 weeks for delivery, unless an expedited shipping method is chosen.

Care instructions
As a general guideline, in order to extend the life of your jewelry, it's best NOT to wear it when swimming/bathing/working out as water & sweat can harm your jewelry. Also, some skin oils and environmental elements can also hurt your jewelry, as well as the pH of your skin and any creams/oils/perfumes/make-up used.
Few tips to minimize tarnishing:
⏣ Remove your jewelry before using SANITIZER
⏣ Keep jewelry as dry as possible when not in use-store them in airtight container or bag
⏣ Wipe jewelry after wearing & before storing with a soft, absorbent cloth
⏣ Periodically clean with appropriate jewelry cleaner/cloth
⏣ Avoid wearing in water
This applies to all jewelry in general, just want to bring to your attention so you are aware of it.
Returns | Refund
We don't accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reason, however, please kindly message us with any questions you may have, we will help you to find a best solution with your purchase!
For any refund request, please kindly message us at your earliest convenience, we will send instructions on how to return your package. **buyers are responsible for the postage of returning the package.
